Théoriz is hiring a Multimedia Production Director

Théoriz is a studio where art meets technology. For over 10 years, we have been imagining and creating immersive, interactive, and poetic experiences for museums, festivals, and events around the world.
Our team brings together engineers, artists, and creative developers who push the boundaries of digital creation. We work on digital art installations as well as R&D projects around imagery and interactivity.
Today, we mainly work on museum, event-based, and immersive projects.
🚀 The Role
You will lead the full delivery of projection, immersive, and interactive projects, from kickoff to final handover, coordinating both the internal team and external freelancers. You will be the main point of contact for clients on a daily basis, ensuring deadlines, budget, and creative quality are met across cultural, corporate, and museographic projects alike. You will also manage budget tracking and organize on-site travel based on project needs.
🎯 What You’ll Do
● Oversee the production of mapping projects, cultural mediation installations, immersive projections, custom-made shows, and artistic creations
● Liaise with a wide range of stakeholders: sound designers, graphic designers, developers, builders, electronics engineers
● Build your own client portfolio and lead complex sales cycles (€20–30k and above).
● Represent Théoriz in the field: trade shows, events, professional networking.
● Build relationships with both existing and new freelancers.
● Work hand in hand with the creative and technical teams to adapt our offering to real market needs.
🧩 The Profile We’re Looking For
You have between 4 and 7 years of experience in multimedia project management, either in pure project management or coming from a more technical background (multimedia developer for several years). You enjoy projects that break the mold and are looking for a stimulating environment.

● Permanent contract (CDI) – Full-time – 35h/week
● Based in Villeurbanne (Pôle Pixel)
● Partial remote work possible
● Regular travel across France and internationally
● Salary based on profile and experience
